Book your seasonal pool opening and receive your winter closedown complimentary.

Designed for homeowners who want professional water care and reliable pool operation throughout the swimming season.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Offer valid for new Luma Pools clients only.
• Applicable to domestic swimming pools within a 40-mile service radius of Luma Pools.
• The pool must be in operational condition at the time of the opening visit.

Seasonal Opening Service

The seasonal opening service includes:

• Removal of winter cover
• Recommissioning of the filtration system
• Plant room inspection
• Water testing and chemical balancing
• Full system operational check

Any repairs, equipment faults, or green pool recovery identified during the opening visit will be quoted separately.

Seasonal Chemical Supply Requirement

• To qualify for the complimentary winter closedown:
• All pool chemicals must be supplied by Luma Pools throughout the operating season.
• Clients agree to purchase required seasonal chemicals through Luma Pools as part of ongoing water care.

This ensures correct water balance and protects pool equipment and finishes.

Complimentary Winter Closedown

The complimentary closedown includes:

• System shutdown
• Pipework blow-through (where applicable)
• Addition of winterising chemicals
• Installation of the winter cover

The closedown must take place within the same operating season as the opening service.

Exclusions

The complimentary closedown does not include:

• Equipment servicing or repairs
• Green pool recovery
• Replacement parts
• Additional chemicals beyond standard winterising treatment
• Travel outside the 40-mile service radius
